Greetings. This is Pastor David Bass at New Geneva Orthodox Presbyterian Church with a moment of truth, where we challenge you to think through an important issue of life and faith. And today, why will the United States of America never return to its heritage of being a constitutional republic without first bringing the Obama administration to justice? The great Roman jurist Cicero said, by definition, no justice, no republic. Why will the office of the president of the United States continue to operate far out of constitutional bounds as a virtual tyranny, regardless of the outcome of this year's elections?

Because the sanctions for the violation of Obama's oath of office have not been imposed. The Bible says, justice and only justice shall you follow if you are to live and inherit the land. Because there have been utterly no consequences for Obama's egregious lawlessness, there is no justice. Without sanctions for lawbreakers, without consequences for crime, without punishment for wrongdoing, the loop of justice remains open forever. One may investigate and uncover lawbreaking and lawbreakers.

One may even prosecute and even convict them. But if punishment is not meted out, then justice is not served. The loop of justice remains open and unconnected. There will be no reason under the sun for the next tyrant to fear his for his own exercise of tyranny in the face of justice, because there is no justice to be administered. This means that even if we were to elect a constitutional purist, just posit this.

Let's just say for the sake of argument that we elect a constitutional purist this election cycle, one who had the intellect to completely understand his role as an executive in a constrained system of government, and also the character and the integrity to stay within those constraints. Well, even if this were possible, there would be absolutely no reason for the next president not to continue in the vein of his predecessor, Obama, enacting the tyrant and perhaps extending those unauthorized powers. Why?

This impotent Congress and the lapdog judiciary and this ignorant and bewildered people have been steamrolled by this president such that he has done whatsoever he pleases. Why should not a subsequent president not do the same? There's nothing and no one holding such a man back. Make no mistake, this is not just the way it should be. God has always insisted that justice be done in the government.

It is justice according to his standard and not that of man's, as progressives try to maintain. The Bible says, Deuteronomy 16, verses 18 to 20, says, You shall appoint judges and officers, that is the magistrates of government, in all your towns that the Lord your God is giving you according to your tribes, and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment. You shall not pervert justice. You shall not show partiality. Oh, is this beginning to ring true with you with our present administration?

The Bible goes on to say, You shall not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and subverts the cause of the righteous. The Bible says here, very importantly, justice and only justice you shall follow, that you may live and inherit the land that the Lord your God is giving you. Unquote. Very important principle, and it's only a sample of the record of Scripture for judges, officers, and magistrates of government. Continuing not only for Israel, but for all governments of all time.

God's will and law do not change. God requires the same exact standard for all men at all times. Ezekiel chapter 18 says, If a man is righteous and does what is just and right, that is, he walks in my statutes and keeps my rules by acting faithfully, he is righteous. He shall surely live, declares the Lord God. When magistrates are righteous and practice justice, law and order is established in the land.

Listen to this. I love this proverb. When justice is done, it brings joy to the righteous, but terror to evildoers. That's Proverbs 21, 15. When justice is done, it brings joy to the righteous, but terror to evildoers.

This is how it's supposed to be. If there's one verse of Scripture, I love this. Cast your eyes across the United States, dear listener. Is there joy amongst the righteous over the state of the Union? Oh, just as importantly, is there terror amongst evildoers?

As I submit to you, we must conclude most emphatically on both counts, no, there's no joy for the righteous. There's no terror amongst evildoers in the United States. It is rather the reverse. Justice delayed is justice denied, as William Gladstone says. It's a principle derived directly from Scripture, too.

Ecclesiastes 8, verse 11. Listen to this. It says, Because the sentence against an evil deed is not executed speedily, the heart of the children of man is fully set to do evil. Oh, dear listener, the heart of our politicians is fully set to do evil, precisely because the sentence against evil is not executed speedily. And this will continue exponentially until justice is brought to this administration and others in the past, too, as far back as we can reach, if there is justice to be brought to them as well.

Now, this principle, as uncomfortable and inconvenient as it is for our gutless politicians and the lazy, ignorant public, this principle, nevertheless, cannot be ignored or passed by in a just constitutional republic. It must be squarely confronted and justice met to the full. Deuteronomy says, Justice and only justice you shall follow, that you may live and inherit the land. The crimes and sins of this administration reach to the sky. They are egregious, high crimes and misdemeanors, plain to all who have eyes, that is, accepting our blind and corrupt Congress, our courts, and the general public.

What are these crimes? Oh, this broadcast is far too brief to catalog them all. But let me note those who are most glaringly offensive, those crimes most glaringly offensive. First of all, and most importantly, Obama has committed treason, betraying our vital interests to ISIS, that is, the Islamic State in Syria, aided and abetted by the Muslim Brotherhood. Obama has committed treason, betraying our vital interests to the Islamic State in Syria and the Muslim Brotherhood.

If Obama is not Muslim himself, he at the very least harbors Islamic-leaning sympathies, which have betrayed us to his Islamic extremism. Nowhere is this more clearly manifest than in his support for and his counsel from the Muslim Brotherhood in regards to Middle East policy. Bear with me on this, dear listener. Representatives from this radical group, the Muslim Brotherhood, have met with him and his staff over 40 times in the White House, according to White House logs.

Now, the Muslim Brotherhood was founded in 1928 by a brilliant, charismatic Sunni Muslim cleric named Hassan al-Banna, who admired and supported Adolf Hitler, too, in World War II, by the way. Al-Banna resisted the secularization of Arab society in particular, and he called for the imposition of Sharia law and Islamic rule throughout the Middle East. And this still is one of the main assertions of the Muslim Brotherhood. They have not relented on this point one iota. Violence has always been a central tactic for them, too.

The Muslim Brotherhood, from the assassination attempt on Nasser of Egypt in 1954 to the completed assassination of Anwar Sadat in 1981. The Muslim Brotherhood has branches in 70 countries and territories, including the United States of America, which reaches all the way to the White House. The Muslim Brotherhood is active in Syria and Libya and Egypt. And this is important for recent events in all three of these countries, aided and abetted by the White House, the so-called Arab Spring in Egypt. Oh, what a lie that is.

The Arab Spring in Egypt was, in reality, a human winter for Christians and Jews in Egypt, as they were slaughtered and persecuted and discriminated against by the government of Mohammed Morsi. You may remember that time when the Obama administration tried to put a smiley face on that period in Egypt's tumultuous history by calling it an Arab Spring because President Mubarak, ostensibly a tyrannical ruler, was overthrown. Instead, a bloodbath against Christians and Jews and Muslims ensued.

And all through it, Obama consulted with this Muslim Brotherhood to see how the United States could best facilitate the ascendancy of radical Islam into power in Egypt as an alternative to Mubarak. This pattern was repeated throughout the Middle East, especially in Libya. Libya was a travesty of justice. Do you remember Gaddafi had become pro-Western over the decades since the Lockerbie bombing? And, in fact, Gaddafi should have been supported by us against the radical jihadists who were attempting to overthrow him.

Instead, Obama provided air support, intelligence and arms to the rebels who eventually overthrew and killed Colonel Gaddafi in October of 2011. Do you remember that evil shrew, Hillary Clinton, exulting in the death of Gaddafi? We have film of her saying, we came, we saw, he died. And so clever she was as she cackled like a witch. Libya descended into chaos and is now admittedly today a failed state, primarily because Obama supported radical jihadists at the behest of the Muslim Brotherhood, advising him in the White House.

Christians, Jews, moderate Muslims have been slaughtered, tortured and raped by what men like John McCain and Lindsey Graham and other hoodwinked Republicans call moderate Muslims. It didn't take them long to be radicalized or thrown on their arms to be picked up by radical Muslims there. ISIS, that is. How ironic that in both Libya and Iraq, the Christian and Jewish minorities were both better off, protected under the supposed tyrants, Gaddafi in Libya and Saddam Hussein in Iraq.

It is the avowed goal of the Muslim Brotherhood to establish Sharia law in every nation, but especially Islamic ones to begin with, and eventually to establish a worldwide caliphate. The slogan of the Muslim Brotherhood is, Allah is our objective, the prophet is our leader, the Quran is our law, jihad is our way, and dying in the path of Allah is our highest hope. Does that sound moderate to you? Oh, they are coordinating the strategy, tactics, and resources of the United States, the Muslim Brotherhood is, on the ground in the Middle East.

In fact, the massacre of Ambassador Stevens and three others in Benghazi, Libya, on 9-11, 2012, can be laid at the feet of this administration. That is, Obama and especially Hillary Clinton. It is widely acknowledged, though not officially, by the government, that Stevens was overseeing the transfer of United States weapons from Benghazi into Syria to overthrow Assad, which they are trying to do now, the next target of Obama and the Muslim Brotherhood. Compounding the illegal overthrow of Libya, and now Syria, via weapons smuggling out of Benghazi, is the lying and the cover-up of everyone in this administration.

We have witnessed the collapse of Syria and the rise of the Islamic State in Syria, that is, ISIS. And this can be directly linked to Obama's material support of ISIS in supplying them with arms and money and intelligence. This, too, was all done with a close consultation and advice from the Muslim Brotherhood, meeting regularly with Obama in the White House. These facts alone are enough to condemn Obama to impeachment, conviction, and his consignment to Guantanamo Bay prison. Instead of trying to close it, this, to me, is treason.

How many Americans have lost their lives or will lose their lives because of Obama's collusion with the radical Muslim Brotherhood? How many more Christians will be beheaded, burned, crucified, raped because of Obama's supply of arms and intelligence and air support for these evil demons in ISIS? How many more bombings in France and Belgium and the United States will there be because ISIS has financed, inspired, and directed them? Obama has committed certifiable treason. Obama has committed certifiable treason, and our timid, impotent Congress refuses to acknowledge it, much less do anything about it.

Instead of seeking the best interest of the American people and the country, they are afraid of losing their own interests as the establishment in campaign finances, political action committees, scams, and the endless perks and privileges of their office. The Republican establishment, as well as the Democratic establishment, are afraid of being labeled racist for impeaching the first black president. They do not want to risk being the party out of power if Americans are persuaded that Congress has shut down the government. That would be the propaganda. Oh, but justice in the meantime goes an orphan.

Again, when justice is done, the Proverbs say, Proverbs 21, 15, when justice is done, it brings joy to the righteous, but terror to evildoers. Justice and only justice you shall follow that you may live and inherit the land that I am giving you. Are you listening, O Congress? Are you listening, O people? There will be no constitutional republic if indeed there is no justice served in America.

The Bible says, it will go well with those who convict the guilty, and rich blessings will come upon them. Proverbs 24, verse 24 says this. It will go well with those who convict the guilty, and rich blessings will come upon them. This is in store the only way, indeed, that America will return to a constitutional republic. If justice is done, rich blessings will come to those who convict the guilty, dear listener.

Well, secondly, we also see that this administration has failed to faithfully execute the office. Obama has failed to faithfully execute the office of President of the United States. That is to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. In fact, Obama has contemptuously sought to betray, assault, and attack the Constitution. Senator Ted Cruz has drawn up a list of 76 particular violations of the law by Obama, who, as Cruz says, instead enforces his own policies via executive fiat, unquote.

Now, I appreciate what Ted Cruz has done here, and I refer you to them. Google these 76 particular violations which make him impeachable, as drawn up by Ted Cruz. I appreciate him doing this, in fact, and many of them you are already familiar with. If any and all of them are enough to trigger a bill of impeachment by the House, if indeed they had the courage and the fortitude to do it. When justice is done, the Proverbs say, it brings joy to the righteous, but terror to evildoers.

In America today, there is no joy for the righteous, but there is no terror either to evildoers. Evildoers do as they please in the federal system. The Bible says, justice and only justice you shall follow, that you may live and inherit the land that I am giving you. It will go well with those who convict the guilty, dear listener. The Bible says in Proverbs 24, 24, it will go well with those who convict the guilty, and rich blessings will come upon them, unquote.

There will be rich blessings in a true constitutional republic when justice is done. Justice must be done if, indeed, there is to be an existence of a constitutional republic. No justice, no republic, dear listener. And must we list as well for you, time does not permit us to list number three, the subordinates of Obama have committed crimes of the most wanton and egregious sort, and they've done so without consequence. Obama's cabinet officers most prominently stand out for condemnation and indictment in this regard.

It includes Eric Holder, the attorney general, held in contempt of Congress for his refusal to turn over documents related to the fast and furious fiasco that saw on a border agent killed with guns supplied by a Justice Department operation intended to sully the Second Amendment, dear listener. Oh, and Hillary Clinton, too, Secretary of State. What have we to say about her? We have already made reference to her, besides her role in Benghazi and the cover-up that followed. Remember her screaming into the cameras, what difference at this point does it make before Congress?

Oh, dear listener, it makes a difference for justice. In all of these and many, many more crimes, Congress has made great pretense of being outraged, committed to getting to the bottom of the scandal, punishing those involved. Do you remember the Speaker of the House, John Boehner, then Speaker, quipping the question is who's going to jail when speaking of the deliberate targeting of conservative groups by the Internal Revenue Service during the 2012 election? Yet, after months of congressional committee hearings, much breast-beating and outrage, and hours of testimony, what is the result? Nothing, dear listener.

Lois Lerner is retired and fat and happy in Virginia now. There have been no consequences for evil. Crime is not condemned, but now characterizes our federal system. Oh, what do you call a system that walks like a beast and talks like a beast and acts like a beast? You call it what it is.

You call it a beast, the beast from the sea, from Revelation chapter 13. The prime directive of human government is to administer true biblical justice. Romans 13 tells us, For rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but to bad. Would you have no fear of the one who is in authority? Then do what is good, and you will receive his approval, for he is God's servant for your good.

But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain. For he is the servant of God, an avenger who carries out God's wrath on the wrongdoer. Romans 13, 1-4. When a magistrate is unjust, he is by definition an illegitimate authority, and he must be resisted. Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God, our founders asserted.

And they drew this from the scripture too. Proverbs 28, 4 says, Those who forsake the law praise the wicked, but those who keep the law resist them. Those who keep the law resist both the wicked and those in government who forsake the law. Those who forsake the law praise the wicked, but those who keep the law resist them. It is up to us who keep the law to resist those who forsake it and praise the wicked.

Our federal system is wicked. It is the beast of revelation and must be resisted, as I have asserted for you many times in the past. This administration, our federal system, must be brought to justice if there will be, indeed, a republic, a constitutional republic. Every candidate for president ought to be screaming from the housetops for a great tribunal of justice on the order of the Nuremberg trials after World War II. And this, to indict, try, and sentence this administration for its high crimes and misdemeanors against justice and the American people.

Dear listener, most Americans are afraid of this. Our Republican establishment falls very far short in not calling for Obama's actual impeachment and prosecution and imprisonment. The Republican Congress and Senate have been timid about administering justice for one reason and one cynical reason alone. They fear losing their place of privilege and power. However, most Americans, two-thirds of them, according to a recent CNN poll, disagree with impeaching Obama.

This does not bode well at the ballot box, dear listener. Republicans also remember the loss of Congress following the impeachment of Bill Clinton in 1998. And the Republicans' establishment fear the same will happen to them if they impeach the first black president. It is politics and privilege that matter with the Republican establishment and not justice. Instead of doing the right thing and engaging in a tireless effort to explain and justify the impeachment to the American people, the Republican establishment cower in fear over being voted out of office and consequently losing the easy life they now enjoy.

Impeachment would be a political disaster for the Republican Party, even if it were to be a cleansing, a just reset, if you will, of our nation's political system. And it would. And there will be no reset of the Constitutional Republic until justice is done. When justice is done, the Proverbs say, when justice is done, it brings joy to the righteous, but terror to evildoers. Additionally, many of these Republicans would also be swept up in the very same net of justice that they cast for Obama.

This is perhaps one of the unspoken reasons that criminal proceedings have not been initiated against this administration. Republicans' hands are not clean when it comes to corruption. I urge you to read a book by a man named Peter Schweitzer in his book, Extortion, How Politicians Extract Your Money, Buy Votes, and Line Their Own Pockets. Read this book. A great tribunal of justice will likely not be held in Washington precisely because there are so few just men in Washington, D.C.

But this fact should in no wise minimize the necessity for justice being done. Justice and only justice you shall follow that you may live and inherit the land the Lord your God is giving you. Regardless of the consequences, God requires justice if a people is to prosper. This is an acknowledged principle throughout history, for example. The Roman ruler, Gnaeus Piso, said this, Fiat justitia ruat cairum, which is Latin for let justice be done though the heavens fall.

Let justice be done though the heavens fall. There is no sense of justice in America. There is no sense of the right and the wrong in our federal system. There is no knowledge of God there and no acknowledgement of his law. The wicked go unpunished and the righteous are victimized.

The Proverbs say, in fact, to show partiality in judging is not good. Whoever says to the guilty, you are innocent, peoples will curse him. But it will go well with those who convict the guilty and rich blessings will come upon them. Rich blessings for justice, dear listener. And only then will America begin to enjoy rich blessings again in a constitutional republic when justice is done.

Blessings will not return until the guilty are convicted and punished. Justice and only justice you shall follow that you may live and inherit the land. Rich blessings are ours when and until Obama is brought to justice. The spineless cowards in Congress must be replaced if they are not prepared to do this minimal thing. There will be no constitutional republic to fret over and restore if this is not done.

Who will fear any consequences for tyranny unless he knows without question that he will be brought to justice according to an objective, righteous standard? That is God's law. When justice is done, the righteous rejoice. But the evil cringe in fear and terror, dear listener. It is time to reestablish this principle.

The great Roman jurist Cicero observed that true justice is the crowning glory of the virtues. History has also confirmed this for us, has it not? Cicero observed that true justice is the crowning glory of the virtues. How right he is and how ignorant and cowardly are our politicians in ignoring it. In his own day, Cicero struggled to preserve the ancient Roman republic against the rapacious ambitions of tyrants like Mark Antony.

And Cicero was killed for it. Part of his struggle was to see justice done against tyranny. Cicero insisted indeed that, and I quote him, just law must inflict punishment upon the wicked and protect the good. Our politicians need to hear from a statesman. They need to hear from the statesman Cicero that just law must inflict punishment upon the wicked and protect the good.

The loop must always be closed, the loop of justice. There must be just laws, men who enforce them impartially, and there must also be a people who insist that the guilty be convicted and punished. Solomon said wisely in Ecclesiastes 8.11, because the sentence against an evil deed is not executed speedily. The heart of the children of man is fully set to do evil. So, behold your administration, fellow citizen, these are indeed men who are fully set to do evil, because there is no punishment, there is no execution of the sentence of justice against them.

They know they will not be punished. They know gutless evil men are responsible themselves for holding them accountable. And they know an ignorant, slavish population is more concerned with their iPhones and Super Bowls than they are with justice. At this time in our history, as no other, wicked men rule over us, and justice indeed must be done. We must remove the evil from our midst.

Proverbs 25, verses 4 and 5 says, Remove the dross from the silver, and out comes material for the silversmith. Remove the wicked from the king's presence, and his throne will be established through righteousness. We need to reestablish, indeed, righteousness and justice in the land. Again, dear listener, rich blessings will accrue to us when this happens. Justice, and only justice you shall follow, that you may live and inherit the land that the Lord your God is giving you.

Justice must be brought to this administration. Obama must be consigned to Guantanamo Bay rather than closing it. There will be rich blessings, the Proverbs say, when justice is exacted. It will go well, Proverbs 24 says, it will go well with those who convict the guilty, and rich blessings will come upon them. Rich blessings for America, dear listener, when indeed justice is brought to this administration.
