Greetings. This is Pastor David Bass at New Geneva Orthodox Presbyterian Church with a moment of truth, where we challenge you to think through an important issue of life and faith. And today, I want to continue to lay out a vision for a Congress of Christian Constitutional Republics by filling in a little more exactly what that might look like. And I want to do this because not a lot of people have given a lot of thought to what a Christian world government would look like. So many of us recoil in horror at the very thought.

We've always been picturing a world government as pernicious and evil. Well, in recent days, more and more people have been thinking about this, and we need to present it at a more popular level, too, and that includes me. I personally need to give a great deal of thought to this topic for my own good. Some very fine Christian thinkers have done this in recent times, but their works are not widely known. And I hope to fix that, too.

I want to continue to introduce you to these men's works and do this in days to come. And I also think it is important to urge the necessity for this upon you, the necessity for a Congress of Christian Constitutional Republics, because we face an overwhelming challenge, dear listener. That is, a world government is fast closing in around us like walls around a prisoner, and we are completely unaware of it, like a bird flitting about a snare, picking at the seeds strewn as bait. Can you see it coming, dear listener? Can you see the world government that is coming our way?

Today, for example, most egregiously, we saw the World Health Organization of the United Nations, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, right? We saw the World Health Organization set the protocols for lockdown over the China-Wuhan virus here in America. Do you remember? We have discovered that it is a wholly owned subsidiary, the World Health Organization, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Chinese government. And the World Health Organization, of course, is led by Tedros Adhanom.

Tedros Adhanom. And he is known as a Marxist and is notorious for covering up severe outbreaks of cholera in Ethiopia when he was health minister there. He is regularly discriminating against Christians in Africa. He did so while he was health minister. And the blood of thousands of men and women and children is on his hands.

Yet, St. Anthony Fauci, I call him St. Anthony Fauci because he can do no wrong. He's above criticism. He's the director of the CDC, the Centers for Disease Control. Fauci has relied entirely on the protocols of the World Health Organization to impose on us in our lockdown. These indirectly were also the protocols ostensibly used by China in dealing with its outbreak.

And even the record we have been given, whether it's film or written documents, all of this chronicle of China's dealing with this outbreak has also come under great suspicion and criticism. The so-called evidence that came out of China is regularly filtered, of course, and completely unreliable. Our economy and entire health psyche, if I can put it that way, our economy and entire health psyche was destroyed by St. Anthony and his policies, courtesy of China, Tedros, and the World Health Organization. Behold, America, your new masters. There's a world government coming, and it's nothing like what you would hope or think it might be.

For example, Chicago City Councilman Richard Boykin met a while back with United Nations officials in New York, and he came out calling for the intervention of the United Nations troops, United Nations so-called peacekeeping troops, to help end the violence on Chicago streets. Well, there was quite a reaction to this, and even the Chicago police commissioner, however, said it was a nice idea, quote-unquote, but quickly added that it was not right for Chicago. And this is actually one of the many trial balloons that have been sent up over the last few decades, and this one, merely a blatant and in-your-face measure.

Boykin was wrongly criticized, but not by everybody. And then, of course, President Obama, and I say of course, but not a lot of people know about this because it was done quietly. Under President Obama, we signed the United States of America onto the Kigali Principles, excuse me, the Kigali Principles, which is virtually a treaty which allows United Nations troops to occupy a country under certain conditions.

And the Treaty of the Kigali Principles was initially spurred by atrocities in Rwanda, but it also leaves an open door for U.N. peacekeeping forces to enter any country that is in violation of those principles, even and especially the signatories to the agreement which the United States of America was. And there are 17 so-called principles which kick in when civilian populations are threatened by violence, racism, or discrimination, unquote, from the Kigali Principles.

And these measures, these principles include, these 17 of them include the seizure of guns and food and property and homes and businesses, in short, anything the United Nations deems necessary. And all civil rights are suspended under such emergency situations when the U.N. comes in, including free speech, the practice of religion, search and seizure restrictions, which our Constitution does for us, arrests without due process go out the window. And of course, there is indefinite detention as well. All of this is coming our way, if indeed situations warrant it according to the United Nations.

In other words, under the Kigali Principles, we have totalitarian control. Behold, America, your new masters. And then, of course, the unrest currently being bred and cultivated like a Frankenstein monster growing in the laboratory is calculated to bring us to such a crisis point. This is one of the goals of Antifa, the George Soros-backed Marxist revolutionary group who acts to destabilize America as much as possible by sowing discord and violence, chaos, and unrest in order to reach a tipping point in which government would fall and chaos would ensue, and then opportunity would be reached to seize power.

It is the very Marxist-Leninist playbook that has been replayed for decades, beginning in the Soviet Union back in 1917, and is unfolding now before our very eyes, refined and perfected. And to my mind, America is so blind and dumbed down and stupefied that she does not see it. Behold, America, your new masters. It may be too late already to stop this train wreck of tyranny from happening. It's unfolding before us, to me, seemingly in slow motion almost, rolling unstoppably to impose a world government on what was formerly the freest nation on earth.

Dear listener, make no mistake about this. A world government is coming, and right now it is anything but Christian, but rather it is utterly and completely evil and demonic and tyrannical. It has been gradually, systematically imposed upon us over a century now, and is uncloaked. If I can borrow a metaphor from Star Trek, right? The uncloaking of this craft is now ready to strike its closing blows.

This then tyrannical imposition is ready to trip the branch on the bird snare, if I can use that other analogy, and then capture us. Oh, dear listener, if you're not convinced yet, if this sounds vaguely conspiratorial and overly dramatic, well, then I invite you to go back to sleep. Go back to sleep. If you cannot see it by now, dear listener, then you are beyond redemption. It's too late for you.

I will deal with those who are ready. America is going to hell in a handbasket, and you will shortly wake up and ask, what am I doing in this handbasket? Germany in the 1930s, the most liberal progressive country in Europe, said, it can't happen here. Venezuela, arguably the richest, freest country in South America at one time, said, it can't happen here. Even the state of California, I remember this from the 60s after electing its most conservative governor in history, Ronald Reagan said, oh, it can't happen here.

And it did happen there in all of those places. Progressive socialism conquered them all, and it will conquer us too, unless we come up with a worthy alternative plan. That's what I have for you today in the idea of a Christian constitutional republic, the only alternative I submit to you to the tyranny that's now surrounding us. Currently, currently, this day, there is nothing worthy of challenging this tyranny coming upon us. It's been planned and executed now, really, for over a century.

Many Americans still hope that good old-fashioned American constitutionalism will yet save the day, as it always has in the past. They'll come riding in on a white steed and save the day like the cavalry coming to the rescue. Ah, this was my fondest hope for years, that we could restore the American constitutional republic.

But as we have previously documented, and I refer you to my lecture from February 2nd of 2020, go back there and you will see from that lecture, the American constitutional republic has been so thoroughly subverted and co-opted by the deep state that it is hopelessly beyond redemption itself, the American constitutional republic. mind Oh, they know what they want to put in its place They have an engine Poised to drop into the vehicle Once the original engine is gone Oh, our opponents The deep states Marxist, Leninist, Antifa They have another heart Ready to transplant Once ours is cut out But that is a heart of darkness Dear listener They have been working for decades To design a kind of AI brain To tap into yours Kind of like the Borg If I can borrow another metaphor from Star Trek And the upshot is There will be a world government soon Dear listener Make no mistake It's inevitable And I say Why can't it be An overtly, self-consciously Christian world government This is worth fighting for And we're way behind the curve on this I'm afraid The average Christian Has been so cowed And brow-beaten And bitch-slapped Over the centuries That it never enters our consciousness That, hey, we can do this Yes, we can There are Christians All over the globe 130 million alone in China Who could have a powerful, powerful impact Upon their government If they only woke up to it Marshaled their resources And made their influence And we can And indeed We ought as Christians To form a world government It is our obligation Even as our forebearers Consistently taught They taught us this For example When John Winthrop Pastor of the congregation The Puritan congregation That came to found The Massachusetts Bay Colony When John Winthrop Gave his sermon On the deck of the Arbella Just before the Puritans Disembarked For the Massachusetts Bay Colony John Winthrop Spoke of America Being a city Set upon a hill For the world to emulate And he Along with all of the Early American colonists What a rich history we have And I could take you through this If we had the time All of the Early American colonists They all well expected That the rest of the world Would follow their example And that they would all Establish Christian constitutional Republics as our colonies Were to a man And that the Post-millennial vision That is Christ Would rule and reign Before his Second coming He would rule and reign Over the world And over the peoples Of the world To indeed make A garden Of Eden If you will Of the world This post-millennial vision Of Christ Conquering the world That it would come To full fruition Using the examples Of the American colonies Oh dear listener The time is short If the deep state And their progressive elites Again I've chronicled this In past This is easily documentable They in order to preserve What they have gained In terms of world economy Riches and power They are attempting Excuse me To preserve And keep By forming a world government If the deep state And their progressive elites Have their way The world will soon Be plunged Into a thousand years Of Christian But he also says And he makes this appeal You know it's not enough It's not sufficient Simply to defeat The deep state We have to have something To replace it You can't replace Something with nothing Because when that Is done After we have indeed Destroyed the deep state And the American Constitutional Republic As it is presently Constituted When that is finally done There will be nothing Left of the American Constitutional Republic There will be A political vacuum And we know That the nature Of tyranny Abhors a vacuum If we can borrow Something from physics Here A principle From physics The nature of tyranny Also abhors a vacuum And will fill it With something What will you Replace it with Dear listener What do you propose To replace it with We propose an explicitly Christian constitutional Republic Which would serve As a model For other such Systems around the world It is infinitely Adaptable As we have seen Throughout the history Of the world Since the invention Of America Because in some Limited finite respects The dream of our Founders has come true It's fallen short But in many respects It has come true Seeing the unparalleled Liberty and prosperity That the United States Of America Has enjoyed And shared With others Over the centuries The world Of aspiring peoples Have copied Our constitution In many respects Have they not? Ah But it also Has to compete Then with the dark Lie Of Marxist Communism Over the last 100 years And that dark lie Is about To overtake The truth Therefore It is time Dear listener To put before The eyes Of the church Because as the church Goes So goes the nation And as the nation So goes The world Therefore It is time To put before The eyes Of the church Primarily A model For a world Government That will compete With yea Defeat That of the fallen Satanic world system Presently Being established Well dear listener What would that Look like Last week We tried to give you A picture Of the rough Character Of that World government Some of the principles Of what it would Of which it would Be composed And we hope To expand on that In days to come Because for example The Preamble To our own Constitution Was indeed Meant Then To Give us The purposes For government And we have There a nice Six point Succinct Definition Of the purposes Of government And it says In the preamble We the people Of the United States Number one In order to form A more perfect union Which indeed Is always A necessary part Of government To keep the people United And our constitution Says then That number one We are Determined To form a more Perfect union But also secondly Then to establish Justice Oh this is one Of the prime Directives of government To establish Justice The bible says Justice and only Justice shall you Follow in the land To which I'm Sending you Well then thirdly We are also To ensure Domestic Tranquility The peace Of the nation Is uppermost And we're Experiencing Turbulent times Not domestic Tranquility at this Time But that is One of the Purposes of Government And then Fourthly To provide For the common Defense Indeed that's Why we have Armies Air forces And navies To provide For the common Defense Of our people Then to promote The general Welfare Not welfare Programs But that Which Benefits All the People And then Fifthly To secure The blessings Of liberty To ourselves And our posterity That's number Six Excuse me To secure The blessings Of liberty To ourselves And our Posterity That is We want To be able To hand It off To our Children In substantially The same Form in which We received It And that Is what The purpose Of a Christian Constitutional Republic Should be And that Is what A congress Of Christian Constitutional Republic Should aim For In forming A world Government Which is Coming And it Might as Well be Christian But structurally Of course We see The establishment Of the American Congress And I Would anticipate That a World Congress Would be Composed Of substantially The same Kinds Of things Number One There would Be a World Constitution There would Be a World Constitution And it Would frame A republic Not a Democracy Even Then as Our founders Were fond Of pointing Out in The Federalist Papers That a Democracy A pure Democracy Has been The author Of the Most pernicious Tyrannies The world Has ever Seen In short Form That is What The Federalist Papers Do Document For us And the Old Metaphor Of a Pure Democracy Is two Wolves And a Sheep Writing The menu For the Night Right What do You Think That Would Be And that Is What Democracy Does It's A tyranny Over The Minority So we Have Established A Representative Republic Here In America And that Should Be The So there Will Be A World Constitution And then Secondly Each Nation Will Be Represented In a World Congress The Exact Nature Of The Representation Has yet To Be Determined We Have A Bicameral Legislature In which We Have Two Houses Of Congress And that Is a Good Form I Think For A World Congress As Well But Each Nation Then Would Be Fairly Represented In A World Congress And And Thirdly Each Nation One Two Or Three Presidents If You Will In An Executive Branch And They Finally Decided On A Single Executive And Invested The Executive Power In A President Of The United States But Each Nation In A World Congress Of Christian Constitutional Republics Each Nation Would Participate In Choosing A World Executive And Then We Also See That Each Nation Will Share In A Juris Of A World Judiciary And This Is An Important Part Two Not The United Nations Judiciary In The Hague Which Has Been Very Tyrannical But Rather A Christian Judiciary And Each Nation Would Share In The Jurisdiction Of This World Judiciary And For World World Universal Bill Bill Of Rights As Well These Are Just Some Of The Structural Suggestions Than For A World Congress A Christian Constitutional Republic And Serves As A Rough Model For What Might Be To Come But Serves As Good Beginning Talking Points To Be To Flesh Out In Days To Come But A World Government Is Coming And I Want To Get You Used To Thinking About It And Thinking Positively In Terms Of It Because Right Now There's No Alternative To A Demonic World Government That Is Swiftly Descending Upon Us And We Need To Flesh Out An Alternative Very Quickly And Since Indeed A World Government Ruled By Christ Is Coming Anyway We Might As Well Begin Planning For It And Shaping It And Forming It Even Now As Christ Works Through Us That Is The Church And As Christ Works Through The Church So The Church Will Work
