Greetings, this is Pastor David Bass at New Geneva Orthodox Presbyterian Church with a moment of truth where we challenge you to think through an important issue of life and faith. And today, what are some of the factors in the flood of illegal alien hordes that put us as a nation on the border of extinction? The border of extinction. Last week, we looked at what should be basic to human understanding that is a nation without a border as a nation without order. It is really not a nation in the strict sense of the word.

National borders bring definition to a people. They are a figurative filter for the health and well-being of the people of that nation. Borders are like human skin. It gives contours and definition to the shape of the body, even as borders give contour and definition to the shape of a country. Without skin, the human body becomes a useless blob of tissue, doesn't it?

And without borders, the country becomes a useless blob of humanity. Human skin also acts as a guard and defense against harmful disease and infection, which would otherwise infect the body. Borders also act as a guard and defense against enemies and invaders who would destroy the country and its distinctive identity. We talked about that last week, too, the idea of nations having a distinctive identity. It almost seems like I'm speaking in the theater of the absurd to have to explain these truths to anyone.

But the American people, it seems to me, are like the Romans as Rome fell. That is, the Romans back in those third and fourth centuries pretended that everything is normal and that Rome cannot fall. And the barbarians at the gate, oh, they ride unicorns and they bring gifts of cotton candy. Well, the American people are like the residents that lived outside of the German death camp at Auschwitz. Oh, they pretended, the Germans, that the screams and cries of inmates were birds in the trees and the foul smell of burning flesh was an inmate barbecue and that the hundreds of thousands who went in were never matched by a single one going out.

Everything in my world is normal up to now, we think. Why should I bother to think that will ever change? But of course, that normal world did change and very soon in Rome and in Germany and changed quite dramatically. And so it is in America. Our world is changing very quickly and quite dramatically.

If you haven't noticed it yet, you soon will. There are three main substitutions that are being made at the border by which we border on extinction. Three main substitutions. Let me go over those with you. Number one, slaves for citizens.

We are substituting slaves for citizens. The number of slaves pouring in at our southern border is on pace to exceed the number of slaves imported into the United States before the Civil War. Historians estimate that 10 to 12 million human beings were trafficked from Africa to the United States from the 16th to the 19th centuries. That's three centuries of the African slave trade to get to that number. Now, even progressive media outlets and politicians estimated that we reached 12 million illegal aliens, excuse me, in America in 2018.

And we have added over 2 million per year ever since, with the exception of the COVID years when those numbers dropped. But under Joe Biden, 3 million slaves were imported into the United States in 2023 and 2.38 million in 2022, 1.5 million in 2021. You see the numbers. Conservatively, then, we have upwards of 21. Some even put it at 45 million illegal aliens distributed over the 48 contiguous states of the Union.

And most of them are slaves. I don't use that term lightly. It's not an exaggeration. The Courier Journal, for example, reports that the cartels have ironclad control over every human soul that crosses the southern border instead of ironclad chains like the African slave who came in on a ship from Africa. Jason Jones, a Texas public safety captain, says that the cartels are, and I quote him, processing migrants before they cross into the United States, putting wristbands on them, for example.

They're logging everything about them, and that's how they're able to put them into debt bondage. The cartels. Yes, dear listener, unquote. The cartels are indeed putting immigrants into debt bondage. And that's another word for slavery.

The average illegal alien is coming out of abject poverty in his or her nation of origin, and most of them cannot afford to pay the many thousands of dollars required to make the perilous journey to the United States. Even the progressive New York Times estimates that it costs the average illegal alien as little as $15,000 to many thousand dollars more, depending upon the variable circumstances, like how far the alien might have to travel, or perhaps the whims of the cartel that sponsors him.

For example, if a cartel thinks that someone has relatives with even modest money, then they will extort that person intending to cross, and even more money will be demanded of them than would someone else traveling the same distance. And if the relatives do not pay the money extorted, the individual is killed, as we saw quite dramatically on the news, with those locked in the back of a semi on a Texas highway on a very hot day. That was last year, if you remember. And that is just one example. So the illegal alien is in a frightful debt bondage, slavery, from the moment he crosses the border.

The lucky ones, if they're not killed first, work off their debt in menial, sometimes dangerous jobs like hotel maids, cooks, construction, meat packing plants, and washing dishes in your local restaurant. But many more are trapped and trafficked in more lucrative ways, like sex trafficking, and that's both women and girls and boys. So many children, dear listener, so many children have been smuggled across the border into sex work, peddled by the cartels.

Border agent Michael Grimley estimates that, and I quote him, 60% of Latin American children sent to cross the border alone or with smugglers have been caught by the cartels and are being abused in child pornography or drug trafficking, unquote. Agents have noticed that children are hooked up, if you will, with adults with whom they are strangers under the ruse that their relatives, which quote unquote relatives, are released into the country then with the child. And once the adult is in the country, he returns the child to the cartels, who then repeat the cycle again and again with that same child.

And as Grimley says, and I quote him, many of these children eventually end up being forced to work in the United States sex industry, often in prostitution or child pornography, unquote. This is what's transpiring on our borders, dear American. Children as young as three years old are sold regularly as sex commodities by the cartels. Can you imagine the demonic nature of this? Don't tell me that your government cares when they're a part of this?

These are just a few of the Grim stats regarding sex trafficking at our southern border. Some of the Grim statistics regarding sex trafficking at our southern border. For example, $150 billion per year in profit is made in human trafficking worldwide. As Catherine Austin Fitz observes, in her study of currency and monetary policy throughout history, she's an expert at this, and she says, and I quote, slavery is, has been, and always will be the most profitable industry on earth. It cannot be equaled by any other, unquote.

I have a three-part series on slavery on our website, americastruths.org, if you want to reference that. Slavery, indeed, is, has been, and always will be the most profitable industry on earth. And the cartels have discovered this truth. If you think that slavery is a thing of the past, oh, then you are a naive, brainwashed Pollyanna. Also, as of the close of 2023, there were minimally, minimally 85,000 missing children, unaccounted for having crossed our southern border.

Those are conservative stats. Also, 13 years old is the average age of a sex-trafficked girl. That means there are many more that are younger, as well as others that are older, but the average age is 13 years old. Also, 6.3 million people are in sex exploitation, it's estimated, and 1.7 million of those are children. Dear listener, imagine that.

The United States of America is the number one destination for sex slaves as well. It is sick, degraded, degenerate American men who are the primary market for sex-trafficked children. If there were a genuine revival in America and men repented of their sexual perversion, the market for sex-trafficked children would evaporate into almost nothingness. Dear listener, borders used to stand for integrity, both physical integrity and moral integrity. Physically, because we knew the land that we fought for was ours, and we were willing to defend it with our lives.

And morally integrous, moral integrity, because Americans used to take what they stood for seriously, and they were ready to defend it against all comers. If you agreed to our Constitution and what it stood for, and you were willing to live under it, you were worthy of citizenship. If not, then go somewhere else. Ah, but nowadays, nowadays, there is a deliberate movement to undermine that integrity. There is terrible judgment awaiting America, dear listener, terrible judgment for its sins and crimes.

As David the psalmist says in Psalm 94, they kill the widow and the sojourner and murder the fatherless, and they say, the Lord does not see, the God of Jacob does not perceive, unquote. That is how America is behaving, as if indeed God does not see, and God does not perceive, that we are killing the widow and the sojourner, and we are murdering the fatherless. But in reality, God does see, and he marks them for judgment too. David the psalmist goes on to say about these people. He will bring back on them their iniquity and wipe them out for their wickedness.

The Lord our God will wipe them out. There is judgment coming, dear listener, for the sins and crimes of sex trafficking in America. Children, women, the fatherless, the orphan, all of it will come back upon our own heads. This judgment is coming, dear listener. Well, the second substitution that is going on in America is not just human trafficking, but also number two, drugs and thugs for clear-headed, common-sense American thinking.

Yeah, we now have drugs and thugs instead of clear-headed, common-sense American thinking. America always has had a voracious appetite for drugs in these last few generations. The baby boomers especially put this into warp drive in the 60s with a mantra, tune in, turn on, and drop out, right? And drugs went from therapeutic to recreational in one short generation. LSD, speed, that is methamphetamine, cocaine, and especially marijuana became the prescription for paradise for boomers disenchanted with the system, and especially the war in Vietnam.

But subsequent generations have moved on to more potent, dangerous forms of this prescription for paradise, which seems to morph from paradise into pain. And that chief protagonist is this addictive, in this addictive drama, is fentanyl. Fentanyl. Medical news today says this about fentanyl. Fentanyl is roughly 100 times more potent than morphine and 50 times more potent than heroin.

It is a potent Schedule II narcotic analgesic. It is effective in reducing pain and in inducing feelings of well-being, but it is also highly susceptible to overdose and abuse. It is a street killer, as a matter of fact, as we've seen from the many thousands of deaths. Over 14,000 pounds of fentanyl seized along the Mexican border in 2022. 14,000 pounds.

And last year, the Drug Enforcement Agency seized enough fentanyl to kill every American. That is more than 50 million fentanyl-laced pills and over 10,000 pounds of fentanyl powder. More than 70,000 people died of overdose from synthetic opioids, excuse me, opioids alone in 2021, according to the CDC. And that's a number representing two out of three of all fatal drug overdoses and more lives lost than the combined equivalent of U.S. military personnel killed during the wars in Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan. Also, for years, the cartels, we have to mention the cartels, the dangerous death-dealing cartels.

For years, the Sinaloa cartel controlled most trafficking across the U.S.-Mexico border. But officials from DHS investigative arm, that is Homeland Security investigations, they tell that they're tracking an uptick in activity by the Jalisco New Generation cartel. As one official puts it, they also have the contacts to China and then therefore the distribution networks to get things across to the United States, the smuggling networks, unquote. China, dear listener, is deliberately flooding the United States with tons of fentanyl in order to undermine and destroy America's will to fight and defend herself.

Whereas sanely administered and maintained borders would dam the river of drugs flowing into America from the drug cartels, the insanely open borders now admit indiscriminately veritable tons of this deadly drug. It cannot be by accident either. I would suppose, dear listener, there is a deliberate effort underway to destroy the will of the American people. There's no other explanation to describe what is transpiring in the effort to substitute clear-headed American thinking with drugs and thugs. Oh, cannot be anything else.

More on that next week. But for now, number three, we have a third substitution that is going on that is dangerous above them all. And that is we are substituting foreign enemies for hometown friends. Yes, foreign enemies for hometown friends. Dear listener, whether you know it or not, there is a full-scale invasion going on over our southern border.

And it's not a friendly bunch. It's not a friendly bunch just interested in finding work and a better life for themselves and their families. No, the people who are coming across our southern border are primarily military-aged males from a wide spectrum of countries, but mostly Chinese nationals. Former Green Beret Michael Yan has a lot to say about this. He is a writer, photographer, and combat correspondent.

Michael Yan has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, CNN, ABC, Fox, many outlets. And right now he's reporting on and from the Darien Gap, which is an important and dangerous part of the U.S. migration route located in Central America. And it is indeed the doorway from Colombia into Panama. Now, these, he says, and he reports, these are his reports now. He says, Michael Yan, that these Chinese nationals of military service age are consistently well-dressed, well-fed, they are fit, and they are, as he puts it, serious people.

They're weaponized. I know. I'm a war correspondent equipped with small phones or smartphones, excuse me. They are equipped with smartphones. They are in constant communication with each other and those directing them, unquote.

He goes on to say that these Chinese nationals pouring across our border, they generally keep to themselves, and they are also transported not from deep within the jungles of South America, as so many of the other migrants are. No, they are not transported from deep within the jungles of South America into the Darien Gap. Once again, the Darien Gap is a kind of choke point or a funnel, if you will, in the journey through Central America into Mexico. No, they are rather transported from aboard ships, which drop them off in Panama, cutting in half, in most cases, the treacherous journey through the jungles.

All these Chinese nationals also have their own separate trail, even, through the Darien Gap, separate from the crowded, dangerous jungle road through which the vast horde of others must pass. Well, on and on we could go. While our government refuses to act to stem the flood of illegal aliens, some sectors of the government have accumulated some stats in their experience at the border. And for example, Customs and Border Protection, they apprehended 24,048 Chinese nationals at the border with Mexico in 2023 alone. That's 12 times the arrest for 2022, which was 1,970.

And it was 7,000% increase from 2021, when only 323 Chinese nationals were intercepted. So, we're talking about a vast increase in the traffic of Chinese nationals into America. Something is clearly happening, and it's not good. Michael Yan, again, reports that, according to documents produced by the World Economic Forum and speeches and documents smuggled from the Chinese Communist Party, there is a long-range design and plan to flood North America. Yes, to flood North America with 1.2 billion immigrants in order to collapse the regular order and system of society in America.

Now, this may sound wildly exaggerated, but it's not a conspiracy theory. It is a documented design. The plan is so audacious that most people, when they hear of it, revert to their normalcy bias and denial mode, right? Oh, that just can't be. Nobody would do that.

That's just a conspiracy theory. Well, while the Chinese Communist Party may well be directing and supplying these migrants, our own government seems clueless or complicit. It can't be anything else. Our own government is either clueless or complicit. As Senator Marsha Blackburn, Republican from Tennessee, told the New York Post, she said, We have no idea how many terrorists or foreign spies have taken advantage of Biden's open border to gain unlawful entry into the United States.

She goes on to say, China has grown more brazen over the past three years, and an open border would be an easy way for Xi, that's Xi Jinping, to send operatives into our country. Unquote. Ha ha. Senator Blackburn is a hound on the trail. She has the scent, and she's tracking it down.

Operatives, indeed. Security experts have identified trained groups of military operatives planted surreptitiously in a country who behave in accord with their social surroundings until they are signaled to act. They're switched on, if you will, to perform their military mission, and these groups are called sleeper cells. Sleeper cells. Oh, for example, one of the reasons that Normandy, the Normandy invasion was so successful is because the French resistance was structured in precisely this manner.

Yeah. Groups of military operatives who behave in accord with their societal surroundings until they're signaled to act. They're switched on to perform their military mission. The French resistance was just like this. At the commencement of the invasion on June 6, 1944, the sleeper cells all around Normandy were activated, blowing up bridges, setting fires, attacking small bands of German troops, and generally creating chaos and confusion behind the lines.

It was very destructive to the German defense effort. Well, Homeland Security has long warned of such sleeper cells in America. If there are many thousands of trained, disciplined Chinese sleeper cells across America, we are all in for a bad day if they are ever activated. Now, security experts know that there are Iranian sleeper cells here, which will be awakened if the United States ever goes to war with Iran. And the same is true of China.

If we were ever to go to war with China over Taiwan, for example, there's no doubt but that those Chinese nationals embedded in sleeper cells would be activated to accomplish their specific military missions. And so they continue to stream in and they are relocated to their assigned theater of war. But our federal government is unwilling to stem the tide of bad actors. And there are reasons for this, which I will address in next week's broadcast, in broadcast number three on this topic.

But we have covered enough ground to know that the migration of millions of foreign nationals, especially those from China, are victimizing and being victimized themselves as they pour into our country. And we Americans, too, are being left defenseless in our own land. A nation without borders as a nation without order. And we must also rescue the perishing, as the Bible requires us for those in the sex trade, for example. In sexual slavery, Proverbs 24 11 says, rescue those who are being taken away to death.

Hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter. This is our obligation, dear listener. Shouldn't that be true of a people bordering on extinction? The millions of people now locked into slavery is double that of all the slaves imported into America from the 16th to the 18th century. And that's a conservative number, dear listener.

Well, as it is in the church, so should it be in the United States of America. The apostle Paul says this about the church and its truly egalitarian nature. Paul says, here, that is in the church, there is not Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave, free, but Christ is all and in all, unquote. As it is in the church, oh, may it be in the United States of America. May our Lord Jesus Christ give liberty to the captives and our borders back to the American people again.
